Welcome to Episode 3 of Season 5 of the The PCOS Revolution Podcast:

Live Fertility Q&A With Dr. Kenneth Gelman

Welcome back to this week’s episode of The PCOS Revolution podcast! In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week, I recently did a live Q&A with Dr. Kenneth Gelman of IVFMD. In this interview, we answer questions from our audience on Facebook and Instagram and I have to admit every time I do a live Q&A with him, I learn something new! So I hope you enjoy this interview as much as I did and that it brings you a little light if you’re struggling with trying to conceive. Even if you’re not trying yet, I encourage you to listen to this episode or share it with a friend in need.

Topics discussed:

-How to address endometritis from a nutritional perspective

-What to do about low progesterone

-When to consider acupuncture during an IVF procedure

-The best strategies to prepare for fertility treatment
